The secret sauce to professionals within the Spark Training Bureau of Experts (BOE) is that we all share a passion for making a difference through training. We truly believe that by training to modify behavior, we are providing tools to our learners that will solve problems and make lives easier.

BOE professionals may serve in different capacities based on need or opportunities within the organization. This may include, but is not limited to, assisting with training content development, providing speaking services, expert witness opportunities, and more. While applying for and being accepted into the BOE is voluntary, services may include monetary compensation as indicated.
